You have 30 days from the day you received your goodies to request a return.
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please keep the original packaging intact. Think of it as the item’s cozy home—it needs to go back in there safely!

To kick things off, please send an email to support@jwhhotel.com to get the return address and further instructions. We’ll guide you through the next steps so you don’t have to guess where to send your package.

Refund Timeline:

Once we receive your return and give it a quick check-up, we will process your refund within 7-14 days. Keep an eye on your account, and the funds should pop back up before you know it!
