1. Acceptance of Agreement

Your use of our store website and services means full acceptance of these terms. If you disagree with any clause, please stop accessing our platform immediately.

2. User Account & Conduct

If you create an account, you must submit accurate, up-to-date personal information and keep your account login details secure. You take full responsibility for all orders and operations made under your account.

Prohibited actions include data scraping, fraudulent orders, malicious harassment, network attacks and other behaviors disrupting normal store operation. We may suspend or close violating accounts without prior notice.

3. Product, Pricing & Promotion Rules

We strive to keep product descriptions, pictures, sizes and prices accurate. Minor color deviation from different screens, typographical errors and abnormal system pricing are not binding contract obligations.

We reserve the right to adjust inventory, regular prices and promotion plans at any time without individual notifications. Orders placed under obvious pricing errors may be canceled with full refunds issued to the original payment account.

4. Order & Payment Terms

An order is confirmed only after payment is fully verified by the payment gateway. All currency conversion fees, bank processing charges are borne by buyers.

If items go out of stock after payment, we will offer replacement of similar goods or full refund.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All texts, product images, logos, page layouts and creative content on the site are protected by US copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, edit, redistribute or use such content for commercial purposes without our written permission. We will take legal measures against infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits caused by force majeure, customs detention, third-party logistics delays, payment failures, network faults and other uncontrollable events.

The maximum compensation for any single order dispute will not exceed the actual payment amount of that order.
